Double Z&P is the internal hauling company for Mindlin Recycling. We offer fast, friendly, and affordable waste hauling serivce for various job including: residential remodels, contractor work, brush removal, trash-outs, and concrete and block removal.






15 CU. YD. (16' x 8' x 6')- Perfect for small one room trash-outs, small roofing jobs, one room remodels, and concrete and dirt removal.

20 CU. YD. (22' x 8' x 4')- Ideal for residential and smaller commercial roofing replacment, home remodeling, trash-outs, garage demolition, and concrete or block removal.


30 CU. YD.- (22' x 8' x 6')- Great for larger residential remodels, trash-outs, standard commercial work, new home construction, whole house renovation.          (Our Most Common Container).


40 CU. YD.- (22' x 8' x 8')- Perfect for large commercial work, new home construction, larger renovation projects, brush removal, large trash-outs.

As a waste disposal company, we feel that it is our obligation to our clients, as well as the environment, to reuse and recycle as much material as possible to avoid landfill disposal. That's why we now offer LEED Construcion Waste Management. The U.S. Green Builiding Coucil has set forth the following guidelines:

Section 2 "Recycle and/or salvage nonhazardous construction and demolition debris. Develop and implement a construction waste management plan that, at a minimum, identifies the materials to be diverted from disposal and whether the
materials will be sorted on-site or co-mingled. Excavated soil and land-clearing debris do not contribute to this credit. Calculations can be done by weight or volume, but must be consistent throughout. The minimum percentage debris to be recycled or salvaged for each point threshold is as follows:

50% diverted = 1 point
75% diverted = 2 points
